1. All orders will be shipped off via The Courier Guy.
2. We ship only within South Africa.
3. Please check your shipping information before completing an order to prevent any delays on shipping. If you need to update your shipping address, then please contact us at info@thetruthskincare.co.za immediately so we can update your shipping address.
4. Please note that address changes may result in an increased delivery fee.

1. Free shipping is available for any order R500 and over.
2. Otherwise, there is a delivery fee of R90 in Gauteng and R110 in other provinces.

Unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, closed roads, strikes etc. may delay the delivery time. If this happens it is not grounds for a refund or cancellation of an order. However, if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated time and is more than 24 hours late, then please contact us at info@thetruthskincare.co.za with your order number so that we may follow up and resolve any issue.

1. Upon arrival of delivery, if the product and the packaging has been damaged or is defective in any way, please contact us at info@thetruthskincare.co.za within 7 days.
2. Please send any photos so we can evaluate and respond accordingly.
3. Please do not discard the product. Please return the product to the address that will be emailed to you, and you can choose either to receive a monetary refund or receive another product.

1. Before and after photos will be required to process and accept any refunds.
2. This section covers those who have had an allergic and medical adverse reaction to a product, if this is the case, please contact us at info@thetruthskincare.co.za within 14 days of delivery.
3. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to reflect.

1. If you would like to return any product that has been unopened, please contact us at info@thetruthskincare.co.za within 7 days of delivery.
2. The product must be in the same condition as had been received, unopened and unused. If the request for a refund is approved, then the product must be returned to the address emailed to you within 7 days of delivery.
3. You may choose to either receive a monetary refund or a new product.

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us at info@thetruthskincare.co.za immediately.

Depending on the situation of the order, we might not be able to cancel it, if this is the case then please refer to our UNOPENED PRODUCTS section to receive a refund and contact us accordingly.

Once your order has been cancelled, you will receive an email notifying you. You will be refunded for any cancelled order or items within the order.

2. You will receive an email confirming whether your request for refund has been approved or rejected.
3. All refund information will be sent via emails individually to customers.
4. Each customer will be responsible for returning any products incurring any shipping cost that occurs.
5. Products must be returned to the address that has been emailed to you.
6. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to reflect.

1. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
2. Opened products without before and after photos.
3. Any products that are nearly empty, tampered and filled with other substances.
4. Products that have been damaged or lost from personal usage, i.e., dropped, stolen, spilled, etc.

By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree that you are at least of the age of majority in your province of residence, or that you are at least of the age of majority in your province of residence and have allowed consent to any minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Any breach or violation of any of our Terms and Conditions will result in immediate termination of your services.
